Grape Varieties: Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Tricadeira, Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes: Color: Clean appearance, intense ruby color. Aroma: complex with ripe fruits (raspberry, plum), coffee, chocolate and spices. Palate: Firm tannins, complexity and elegance with a long and harmonious finish.
Vinification: Hand-picked by the box during the cooler hours of the day. Destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in vats and stainless steel vats with controlled temperature (21-24 ºC).
Ageing: Aged in French oak wood for 9 months. After bottling followed 3 months in bottle aging.
Gastronomy: Pairs with grilled or roasted meat dishes, game, pâtés and cured cheeses. It should be drunk at a temperature of 16ºC.
