Grape Varieties: Unknown (Red Grapes)

Tasting Notes: Color: Amber. Aroma: Very complex, with notes of dried fruits, balsamic, ethereal and spices. Taste: It has moderate sweetness and a great taste balance. In the mouth it is almost eternal.

Vinification: This sultry wine was created by Eng. Martins da Costa, by partial fermentation of red grape must, which was then aged by brandy. This was followed by a period of aging in wine-treated wooden containers, lasting more than 10 years, and in a cement vat, for more than 35 years.

Consume: 13 to 15ºC

Ageing Potential: Another 30 years, at least.
