Exclusively Malvasia from different harvest years and with an average age of 15 years. Fermentation of skins, with fermentation and temperature control.
Varieties: 100% Malvasia
Tasting Notes: Amber colour with brownish nuances. Fine, woody, complex and rich. Aromas of vanilla, derived from ageing in wood. Notes of dried fruits. Enjoyable as a whole. Sweet, clear, elegant and balanced wine. Harmonious acidity and body that combine with the tannins and sweetness. Notes of chocolate and dried fruits.
Gastronomy: Wine that combines perfectly with desserts, chocolate, fruit or cheese, or simply enjoyed as an excellent digestive. Must be served at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC. It doesn't have to be decanted. After opening, the wine will remain for several months in good condition.
Winemaking: Open spout with temperature control. Stalked and pressed grapes. Interruption of fermentation by adding neutral wine alcohol at 96% Vol.
Ageing: In 650 litres oak barrels.
Expected Longevity: Madeira wines, due to their characteristics and fortification, are of great longevity.
