Tasting Notes (04/05/2022): Intense ruby color transitioning to garnet, intense and complex aroma where truffles are involved with balsamic nuances. Everything at its point of maximum maturity Muscular profile, but with very round and precise tannins. Very long and fresh finish.

Vinification: Total destemming of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in cement vats. Aging in large old oak wood for 2 years, followed by 22 years bottled in the cellars of the Messias family located in Bairrada.

Service Temperature: 16-18ºC
