Grape Varieties : Field blend of traditional Douro varieties. Grapes from vineyards from certified organic farming.
Tasting Note: Bright citrus color with good intensity. Young aroma with good intensity and complexity. Tree fruit aromas stand out ripe (such as apple, peach and quince) and fresh tropical fruits (passion fruit, pineapple). Slight mineral touch that gives it personality. Dry. Creamy attack. Good volume in the mouth revealing its fruity character, now reinforced with a citrine and mineral component. It is a fresh, complex and deep wine with a persistent finish.
Consumption: It should be enjoyed at a temperature of 12ºC.
Winemaking: Manual harvest for small boxes. Manual selection of bunches on the choice table. Total destemming followed by gentle crushing. Pressing. Cold static settling for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats for approximately 15 days. Part of the batch ends and ages in toasted Austrian oak barrels for 6 months. Stage on fine lees with periodic batonnage until mid-February.
