Grape Varieties: Tinta Roriz
Tasting Note: With the color of onion skin, it is a very delicate wine with floral and fresh fruit aromas. In the mouth it presents a very lively acidity characteristic of our region. Being the first edition of Lote 3 Rosé, it is an uncomplicated wine, great to accompany light meals and for summer afternoons.
Vinification: After a light pressing, it fermented in stainless steel vats. Aged for 8 months in used French oak barrels.
Winemaker: Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal and Jorge Serôdio Borges.
