Gastronomy: Accompanies several fish dishes very well grilled, seafood and salads. As it is a wine with good acidity, it is the ideal companion for a more oriental food such as Thai or Japanese. Recommended drinking temperature 8ºC to 10ºC.
Vinification: Wine produced from grapes harvested manually in the early hours of the day, immediately following to the cellar. In the cellar, these grapes are gently pressed in order to preserve all varietal aromas. The must was clarified in stainless steel vats at 10ºC, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, with temperature control between 12ºC and 14ºC.
