Location: Chaves
Soil: Schist origin, with medium clay contents and granite origin with sandy texture.
Climate: Temperate with continental characteristics.
Grape Varieties: Arinto, Fernão-Pires, Viosinho and Roupeiro.
Tasting Note: Color: Bright and citrine. Aroma: Elegant, with good intensity, reminiscent of citrus fruit and flower aromas, finishes with light mineral notes. Palate: Dry, creamy attack with fresh acidity. Good structure, good stone fruit aroma and floral aromas.
Vinification: Manual harvest by variety. Light crushing of the berries followed by gentle pressing. Static clarification. Temperature-controlled fermentation in a stainless steel tank followed by aging on fine lees until the end of February. Formation of the batch. Slight filtration and cold stabilization before bottling.
Gastronomy: Should be enjoyed at a temperature between 12-14ºC. It goes well with white meat dishes with fatty sauces, fish and seafood dishes.
Ageing Potential: Until the end of 2026.
