Pessegueiro Reserva Branco 2022

Grape Varieties: Rabigato 85% and Folgazão 15%.

Tasting Notes: With a bright yellow colour, this wine’s aroma presents with notes of apricot and lime and an intense mouthful with subtle hints of wood. A very intense wine perfectly paired with food. A noteworthy Douro reserve.

Winemaking: The grapes were transported to the winery in 22Kg boxes, where they were kept in a cold room for 12h and then pressed in a vertical press. The wine was then transferred to 600L barrels, where natural fermentation began to take place using native yeasts. The final step was ageing the wine for 6 months in wood on fine lees.
