Grape Varieties: Rabigato 70% and Folgazão 30%
Tasting Notes: Straw color, aromas of honey, tea and cooked pear. A wine that is full, with lemony notes in the mouth, excellent acidity, persistent and gastronomic.
Winemaking: Harvested in September, the grapes were transported to the winery in 22Kg boxes, where they were kept in a cold storage for 12h, then partially crushed and conducted to the stainless-steel vats, where the skin maceration was carried out until the beginning of fermentation by indigenous yeasts. Then and after pressing, he wine was placed in 600L barrels, where it finished the alcoholic fermentation and aged for 9 months with batonnage. The wine was bottled in August 2020.
