Grape Varieties: Rabigato 50%, Viosinho 50%.
Tasting Notes: Straw-coloured wine with aromas of Portuguese pear and floral notes. A full-bodied, salivating wine with a particularly vibrant acidity. A dry white from high altitudes with good tannin potential.
Winemaking: The grape harvest was carried out in September. The grapes were transported in 22Kg boxes to the winery. They were then kept in a cold room for 12h and partially crushed once pressed. The must was then transported to a stainless-steel vat for alcoholic fermentation using native yeasts. The final step was ageing the wine for 16 months in 600L barrels with bâttonage , followed by 16 months in a stainless-steel vat. It was bottled in November 2022.
