Poças Vermouth Soberbo

Inspired by essences and old Poças' memories from the 30s and 40s, Vermouth Soberbo has at its base white port wine and infusions from 18 botanicals carefully selected and collected from our Douro farms, resulting in a perfect and original balance between the sweetness and bitterness.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow. Orange skin, tangerine, rockrose, saffron, citrus fruit, rosemary. Compelling and intense with hints of honey and botanical extracts, and a light touch of freshness and bitterness. Quite long and fresh finish.

Food pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, goes specially well with green salad with tomato, cottage cheese, capers. Serve on the rocks with an orange peel or as a cocktail with tonic water or gin.

Ageing: A wine base, flavoured with plant and fruit essences typical of our properties.
