Puro Quinta da Touriga Chã Tinto 2021

Grape Varieties: 50% Touriga Nacional and 50% Touriga Franca.

Tasting Notes: Excellent concentration. Purple color and quite deep. Intense and distinct aromas where fruity and floral character predominates, with light notes at the end coming from aging in used barrels. In the mouth it shows balanced acidity, good fruit, very harmonious, balanced, complex, discreet and well-integrated wood notes with a fine and long finish. Fine and elegant aftertaste.

Vinification: Grapes harvested in small 20kg boxes and with a perfect phenolic ripeness. Fermentations were carried out in small stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Aging for 12 months in 225 liter French oak wine barrels.

Expected Aging Potential: 10 years

Serving suggestions: Goes well with red meat dishes and sausages.
