Quinta da Fata Reserva Tinto 2017

Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional 50%, Tinta Roriz 25% and Alfrocheiro 25%.

Tasting Notes: Structured wine, with freshness and concentrated in color and aromas, where ripe red fruit stands out, some black fruit, associated with some toasted notes. Wine with a persistent and harmonious finish.

Vinification: Fermentation in granite presses with foot treading.

Ageing: In French and American oak barrels for 12 months. It only had natural stabilization and a slight final filtration in order to maintain its full potential. Can gain deposit during bottle ageing.

Gastronomy: Best served at a temperature of 18º to 20º, with meat, game and strong cheeses.
