Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional and Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes: Very intense color. The aroma shows great complexity, with plums and red fruit aromas. Very elegant on the palate, with great structure, firm freshness and velvety tannins. It is subtle, with intense fruit flavors and impressive acidity.
Vinification: From a mixture of two different varieties, this unique wine was obtained. The process was entirely manual with no pumps, minimal extraction and naturally natural yeasts. As with any collector wine, it is advisable to age in the bottle.
