Grape Varieties: 45% Gouveio; 20% Viosinho; 20% Rabigato; 15% Boal.

Tasting Notes: This blend presents a translucent pale golden colour. The aroma is striking, an invigorating potency, subtly mineral, bursting with fruit, delicate floral notes and nuanced hints of oak. Upon tasting, it reveals its fullness, accompanied by a refreshing acidity and lingering finish. Exceptional wine, perfect for pairing with grilled fish and poultry.

Vinification: 100% of the wine is fermented in French oak barrels, the four varieties separately, for a period of 21 days, at 16 to 18 ºC. No malolactic fermentation. Cultured yeasts are used.

Ageing: 100% of the wine is fermented in french oak barrels, where 20% new, 30% seasoned and 50% stainless steel. Batonnage is done for three months once a week after fermentation
