Tasting Note: It’s bright with a salmon color. The aroma is delicate, with notes of wild fruit, lemon zest and a slight floral hint. Balanced, dry and persistent body. Fresh and long with mineral notes, white fruit and final salinity.
Vinification: Controlled fermentation in stainless steel; Biweekly batonage for 3 months; Ageing for 5 months on fine lees and battonage.
Gastronomy : The balance and freshness of this wine make it the ideal pairing for starters, salads, fish, seafood, white meat and Asian cuisine. It should be served at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
