Quinta do Fojo Tinto 2017

Quinta do Fojo’s old vine is a unique terroir due to its natural balance that produces deep, elegant and complex wines with round and firm tannins.

Vineyard: Made exclusively from owned vineyards, 4ha planted in 1986 with mixed varieties where the most planted grape variety is Tinta Roriz.

Winemaking: In fermentation vats.

Ageing: In large French Oak barrels for 19 months.

Oenology: Margarida Serôdio Borges

The wine is protected with an anti-fraud system.
