Soil: Granitic

Grape Varieties: Jaen Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Pinheira. Vineyard age 25-30 years.

Tasting Notes: Color: Ruby. Nose: Red fruits of the forest, light hints of currant. Mouth: Elegant, uncomplicated and of medium body, it marries the fruit well with the tannins.

Vinification: In fermentation vats with controlled temperature at 24ºC.

Ageing: In stainless steel vats.

Goes with: Low-fat red meats and Italian food.
