Grape varieties: Mixture of traditional Douro varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Sousão from its own vineyards. Grapes from certified organic farming.
Tasting Note: Intense ruby red color. Young aroma with good intensity, complexity and elegance. The highlights are floral aromas (orange blossom, violets), small red fruits (wild strawberries, currants and raspberries) and woods and pine forests. Slight sensations to spices and roasting. Very soft attack. Beautiful structure supported by elegant tannins but surrounded by excellent fruit that gives a long finish. The floral and balsamic notes that stand out in the mouth add elegance. The set reveals a lot of freshness.
Consumption: It should be enjoyed at a temperature of 16ºC.
Winemaking: Manual harvest for small boxes. Manual selection of bunches on the choice table. Total destemming followed soft crushing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in granite mills with soft daily reassembly. Post-fermentative maceration. Aged in light toasted Austrian oak barrels and barrels, mostly used, for 12 months. Wine not filtered or stabilized by the cold. You can create a deposit.
