Grape Varieties: Blend of traditional Douro varieties such as Tinta Roriz 45%, Touriga Nacional 35% and Tinto Cão 20%. Own grapes from certified organic farming.
Tasting Note: Open and bright pink color. Young and intense aroma. Aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberry and raspberry), stone fruits (cherry) and a slight floral touch stand out. Dry. Smooth attack. Delicate, with balanced acidity that accentuates its floral character. Elegant but persistent finish.
Consumption: It should be enjoyed at a temperature between 8ºC to 10ºC.
Winemaking: Manual harvest for small boxes. Manual selection of bunches on the choice table. Total destemming followed by smooth crush. Skin maceration for 6 hours of Touriga Nacional grapes. Pressing. Cold static settling for 48 hours. Alcoholic co-fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control between 15ºC and 20ºC for approximately 15 days.
