In the heart of the Douro International Natural Park, at the most continental point of the Douro Demarcated Region, the highest altitude vineyards in the Douro demarcated region, combined with the greatest thermal amplitudes, are the cradle of our grapes, coming from our vineyards exclusively aimed at North.
Grape Varieties: Códega do Larinho, Rabigato, Gouveio and Viosinho.
Tasting Notes: Mineral wine, fresh, vibrant and with a wide and prolonged mouth denoting the origin of the grapes. With a strong structure and very elegant and gastronomic, with a freixenista character from the Douro Superior.
Vinification: Manual harvest. Gentle pressing of whole curls. Fermentation with temperature control at 16ºC. Ageing in stainless steel until bottling.
Gastronomy: Try it with fish.
