Grape Varieties: Arinto (60%) and Chardonnay (40%)
Tasting Notes: Greenish yellow color. Aroma of ripe fruit well combined with the vanilla of the wood. In the mouth it is fruity with good acidity forming a fresh and balanced set.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand at the date of their best state of maturation. Completely destemmed, they are slightly crushed and then pressed in order to obtain a fruity, balanced must with good acidity. Fermentation takes place partially in French oak barrels, at a controlled temperature of 16-18ºC, for 15-20 days.
Ageing: 5 months stage in stainless steel vats.
Gastronomy: Goes very well with soft cheeses, pasta and lean fish.
Consumption: Immediate or in the next 3 years.
