Seara D'Ordens Extra Dry White

This Extra Dry Port has an excellent balance of freshness and strength. Potentates the grape different characteristics and enhances the wine bouquet and acidity. Pale white in colour, fruity, smooth and fresh on the palate.

Grape varieties: Fernão Pires, Cercial, Malvasia-Fina, Gouveio Real.

Tasting Note: Of pale white color, the Dry White is a Port Wine that has a fruity aroma. In the mouth it proves to be very soft and fresh.

Gastronomy: Appetizer. It can be used in various cocktails which highlights the Port Tonic.

Vinification: Total destemming and fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control.

Ageing: 5 months in stainless steel vats and 2 months in bottles.

Ageing Capacity: It is a fresh and fruity wine, and a positive ageing in the bottle is predictable for a period of 2 to 3 years after bottling.
