Secret Spot Douro Tinto 2018

Profile: Intense, complex and deep aroma. Great structure, endless ending. A meditation wine.

Grape Varieties: Intentionally not revealed. Wine from a single portion, identified by a pint in the capsule.

Tasting Note: Deep ruby color. Aroma still closed, but already showing great depth. Black fruits, spices ... a good reward for those who know how to wait. At the palate is broad, silky attack. Balanced acidity, tannins present but polished that give the wine a huge structure.

Winemaking: Manual harvest. Manual selection of curls. Stalking followed by fermentation in mills with treading on foot.

Ageing: In French oak barrels for 19 months.

Ideal consumption date: 2021 - 2040
