Profile: Complex and elegant aroma. Evolution characteristics. Silky tannins that give longevity to the wine.

Grape Varieties: Mix of more than 12 varieties. Vineyards over 50 years old. An old vine planted at a height of 400 meters oriented to the North / East.

Tasting Note: Grenat red color with good intensity. Complex, deep and elegant aroma. The red and black fruits, spices (cloves) stand out, but all in a very elegant set. On the palate it has silky tannins, balanced acidity, very focused on red fruit. Persistent finish.

Winemaking: Hand harvesting. Manual selection of curls. Partial destemming followed by fermentation. Post fermentative maceration.

Ageing: For 36 months in 225 liter hulls used in contact with fine sludge.

Ideal consumption date: 2022- 2037
