Carrocel Tinto 2019

Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional. Vineyards around 85 years old.

Tasting Notes: A wine that is disconcerting due to its intensity and elegance. It has a beautiful ruby color. The aroma is full of personality, with aromas of wild fruits and notes of plum and dark cherry. The palate is firm, supported by good acidity and soft tannins. Very fresh, with a pure fruit flavor.

Soil: Granitic with lines of clay and sand.

Winemaking: The grapes were vinified respecting all its nature, in stainless steel vats with total maceration of up to 12 days. Malolactic fermentation and aging was done in wooden barrels for 2 years for 14 months.
