A red wine made from grapes sourced from Cima Corgo, that stands out for its aroma and concentration, showing all the quality and elegance of a traditional old vine.

Grape Varieties: Field blend

Tasting Notes: COLOUR: Ruby. AROMA: Aromatic pureness with a very strong colour. PALATE: Very elegant, with the right tension and freshness.

Pairing: Ideally suited to partridge escabeche. Serve at 16-18°C.

Vinification: Grapes selection in the field and harvested manually. Skin maceration and foot treading wine presses in traditional “lagares”.

Ageing: Partially aged in new French oak casks with 300 litres for 8 months.
