Tasting Note: Low intensity wine with a very elegant color with notes of ripe fruit and good acidity.
Production Mode: Sustainable viticulture. Minimal intervention.
Winemaking: Total destemming with fermentation and conical stainless steel vats for two weeks with temperature control.
Ageing: After maleolactic fermentation stage in wood with several years until bottling in spring 2016, with light filtration with plate filter.
Pairing: Goes well with cheese, white meat, fish and salads.
