Tasting Note: Light-bodied, dry and vibrant wine. The freshness, creased tannins and pronounced acidity stand out. Notes of red fruit, cherry, cranberry, spices and cassis.

Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20kg box. Grape pressed in a press. Alcoholic fermentation starts in the same place in contact with the dough. At the end of fermentation, it is pressed, decanted and stored in stainless steel vats until bottling. Integrated Production System.
