Grape Varieties: Antão Vaz and Viosinho.

Harvest: Mechanic and at night

Tasting Notes: The flavours of this wine are very intense and bring us in the first contact the tropical expression of Antão vaz grape with the pineapple, mango and apricot notes. On the taste, the Viosinho grape character reigns and share the “Winter” expression with a balance between the acidity, minerality and freshness, which gives life to the blend. This Winter White is aged in Hungarian oak barrels for about 6 month, where it gets structure, volume and elegance, giving to this wine a great gastronomic character.

Vinification: We do the harvest during the night, under the brightness and company from the moon and the stars. The fermentation happens in Hungarian barrels, with controlled temperatures and after we will do a battonage process.

Ageing: 6 Months in Hungarian oak barrels.

Longevity: 5 years
