A wine with the intention of allowing the reappearance of and old Douro variety, almost extinct.
Grape Varieties: Donzelinho Branco

Soil: Shale/Granite
Tasting Notes: Citrine yellowish colour and crystalline aspect. A quite attractive aroma with its youth protruding. Once in the mouth it has a good balance and silky texture which makes it ideal as an aperitif.
Vinification: Grapes with total destemming followed by squeezing under inert atmosphere, in order to preserve the aromatic potential of the grapes. The wine fermentation occurred in a stainless steel tank at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC. While inside the stainless steel tank the bâtonnage process took place for two months. Slight gluing and tight filtration before bottling.
Serving Mode: Serve between 8 and 10ºC. Ideal for codfish, octopus or well-seasoned poultry dishes.Serve between 8 and 10ºC. Ideal as an aperitif or for fish, seafood or shellfish dishes.
