Grape Varieties: Chardonnay

Terroir: Climate influenced by the Atlantic, protected by the Caramulo and Buçaco mountain ranges. Vines planted on gently rolling hills of clayey limestone soil.

Vinification: Classic Method.

Tasting Note: Fine bubbles and a straw color with light greenish hints. The nose is vibrant, joyous and fresh. Delicate, open, with hints of citrus and white flowers. It is elegant in the mouth and vibrant with hints of fruit. It is a harmonious wine that never tires the palate. It is a sparkling wine to be consumed at any time of the day or night.

Service Temperature: Serve between 6º and 7ºC

Longevity: Having rested 3 years before disgorgement, this wine can be kept in the wine cellar for another 10 to 15 years.
