From the harmonious combination of 3 different grape vines. Baga from old vines for body, Touriga Nacional for the floral aromas and Pinot Noir to elegance. Has a slightly rosé colour. Gentle bubbles hazelnut notes, toasted bread and roast apple. Fermentation in bottle according to the Classical Method.
Grape Varieties: Baga, Touriga Nacional, Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes: Lightly wired in color, with a fine and persistent bubble. Aroma of dried fruit, toasted bread and subtle hints of red fruit. In the mouth, crunchy mousse, very present acidity that gives it irreverence, originality and long persistence.
Vinification: Soft pressing, where only the tear must was used. Stainless steel fermentation with temperature control. Print run in March by the classic method.
