Ninfa Espumante Reserva Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature 2018

Terroir: Calcareous clay soils, rich and with a great capacity for exchange with plants. Mediterranean climate with Atlantic influence, wide temperature range, with good sun exposure with vines facing south, planted on a slope that provides excellent drainage of the land and thus contributes to the balance of the vines with reflection on low yields, concentrated grapes and acidity potential that originates fresh and long-lasting wines.

Grape Varieties: Pinot Noir 100%

Tasting Notes: Slightly salmon color, with complexity and elegance. The mousse is enveloping and the bubble very fine, with a long and very persistent finish.

Vinification: Cooling of the grapes, soft pressing without maceration with fermentation below 15ºC.
