Espumante Segredos de São Miguel Bruto Branco

Grape Varieties: Arinto, Encruzado, Fernão Pires.

Tasting Notes: Color: Citrus yellow. Aroma: Scents of white flowers, green apples and tropical fruits. Palate: In the mouth is elegant and delicate ending, fresh and alive.

Vinification: The grapes were carefully selected and vinified aiming to obtain a fresh sparkling wine. The second fermentation was conducted slowly and at a low temperature to maintain all the characteristics from the base wine, adding a very delicate aroma and a persistent tiny bubble according with the Charmat Method. The wine is then bottled after stabilization.

Gastronomy: Ideal as an aperitif in moments of celebration. It can also be enjoyed with sushi, salads, seafood and light desserts.
