Grape Varieties: Loureiro of vineyards located between the Sousa and Tâmega rivers with predominantly south-west exposure.
Tasting Notes: Young aroma, very fresh and fruity with floral and laurel notes that show the uniqueness of the grape and make it gastronomic. Very fresh and unusually long taste.
Gastronomy: Especially Atlantic fish and seafood, white meats and Mediterranean cuisine in general.
Winemaking: Fermentation with cold technology, in a reductive environment, with controlled temperature around 16ºC, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes under an inert atmosphere in order to preserve all the aromatic potential of the grapes, followed by skin maceration.
