Grape Varieties: Arinto
Tasting Notes: Color: Intense, citrus. Aroma: intense, complex, with citrus and mineral notes. Palate: It has good volume in the mouth, it is fresh and balanced. The natural acidity of the variety marks and gives its identity.
Vinification: Hand-picked by the box during the cooler hours of the day. Destemming, thermal shock, pressing, decanting the must, fermentation with controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats (16-18ºC), batonnage with fine lees, stabilization, filtration.
Ageing: Part of the lot (Antão Vaz variety) aged in French oak wood for 6 months.
Gastronomy: Pairs with salads, seafood, fish dishes and white meats. It should be drunk at a temperature of 12ºC.
