Grape Varieties : Moscatel, Chenin Blanc, Viognier and Sémillon.
Tasting Notes: Golden yellow color. Subtle aroma with hints of mango, pineapple and passion fruit. You can feel the excellent quality of French oak wood. Well-structured flavor with a touch of passion fruit and a very fresh, long and persistent aftertaste.
Recommendation: Serve at a temperature of 7º to 10ºC. To enjoy the entire aging in barrel and bottle, we recommend decanting the wine. Wine that harmonizes well with light dishes, such as turbot cooked in the fishmonger, grilled or boiled seafood, scampi, steak tartar, salted chicken or a succulent chateaubriand.
Enology: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless vats for three weeks, with controlled fermentation temperature at 14ºC.
Ageing: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remained in contact with fine lees for 3 months, aged for 1 year and a half in barrels produced especially for this wine, followed by aging in the bottle.
