Grape Varieties : Alicante Bouschet, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tasting Notes: Color: Opaque Garnet. Aroma: Jelly, jam, blackberry and sour cherry, with some floral nuances reminiscent of roses. Taste: Very soft notes of wood, a prolonged and persistent finish denoting a good integration in the wood and remembering the aromas.
Suggestion: Serve at a temperature of 14º-18ºC. In order to enhance the entire stage in wood, decanting is recommended. Ideal to accompany stew dishes, such as ossobuco, or oven dishes such as duck rice.
Oenology: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with controlled fermentation temperature at 24ºC.
Ageing: After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 21 months in French and American oak barrels.
