Grape Varieties: Moscatel, Chenin Blanc and Viognier.
Terroir: Clay and shale-limestone.
Tasting Notes: Color: Straw Open. Aroma: Mineral, very subtle, full of honey and ripe pear. Taste: Balanced in the mouth, it has a density that lasts throughout the tasting with the same notes found in the nose.
Suggestion: Serve at a temperature of 8º-10ºC. Wine that goes well with a cheese board, delicious salted fish, some fish dishes in the oven and red meat dishes, such as a tomahawk or an aged meat chuleton.
Enology: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with controlled fermentation temperature at 14ºC.
Ageing: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remained in contact with the final lees, carrying out batonnage until the date of bottling, followed by aging in the bottle.
