Grape Varieties : Moscatel, Semillion, Chenin Blanc and Viognier.
Tasting Notes: Color: Golden. Aroma: Medium intensity, citric fruit evolving into cooked fruit and jam due to its evolution in French oak barrels. Taste: Medium acidity, long finish showing aging in the bottle with some dried fruit. Wood very well integrated.
Suggestion: Serve at a temperature of 11º-14º C. Ideal for roast beef or steak tartare, as well as buttery cheeses.
Enology: Alcoholic fermentation in used 225-liter barrels for three weeks.
Ageing: After alcoholic fermentation, it aged for two years in used 225 liter barrels and eight months in the bottle.
