Varieties: 100% Boal.
Tasting Notes: Amber colour with brownish nuances. Fine, woody, complex and rich. Aromas of vanilla and toast, derived from ageing and wood. Notes of tea and dried fruits. Enjoyable as a whole. Medium sweet wine, clear, elegant and balanced. Harmonious acidity and body that combine with the tannins and sweetness. Notes of chocolate, dried fruits and beeswax
Gastronomy: Wine that combines perfectly with a variety of fine desserts made with. Must be served at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC. It doesn't have to be decanted. After opening, the wine will remain for several months in good condition.
Winemaking: Open spout with temperature control. Stalked and pressed grapes. Interruption of fermentation by adding neutral wine alcohol at 96% Vol.
Ageing: In 650 litres oak barrels.
Expected Longevity: Madeira wines, due to their characteristics and fortification, are of great longevity.
