Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Note: The wine has an opaque and violet ruby color, with pure aromas of Chinese ink, liquorice, fruit notes wild and balsamic. In the mouth it is very broad, dense and silky, with ripe and round tannins.

Winemaking: It is a wine that results from the selection of the best grapes from old Alicante Bouschet vines, which have been trodden in marble mills and vinified at controlled temperatures. The aging is done in new French oak barrels for 14 months.
