Profile: Young, exuberant and intense wine. Dry, light and with a crunchy acidity.
Grape Varieties: 100% Moscatel Galego Branco. Vines between 7 and 35 years old.
Tasting Note: Bright citrus color. Young, exuberant aroma reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits and flowers. On the palate it is dry. light, crunchy acidity and excellent mouth aroma. Refreshing finish.
Winemaking: Hand harvesting. Manual selection of curls. Destemming followed by skin maceration. Pressing. Static clarification. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Ageing: On fine lees with battonage in stainless vats until the end of December.
