Quinta da Pellada Baga Tinto 2020

Grape Varieties: 100% Baga. 45 years old vineyards with 550m of altitude.

Tasting Notes: Ruby color with good concentration. The aroma is very elegant, slightly floral, with hints of pine and pine. In the mouth, it is alive, and with acidity. It has a refreshing mineral profile. It presents a good volume in the mouth, without being heavy, offering a fragrant, long and very balanced finish.

Soil: Granite with lines of clay and sand.

Vinification: The grapes were vinified respecting all their nature. The spontaneous fermentation, obviously with indigenous yeasts, took place in a stainless steel press. This was followed by a 15-month stage in three oak casks, 400L, for second / third use. Direct gravity bottling.
