Coming from vineyards located in the Pinhão Valley, at around 450 meters of altitude, this wine is the result of the passion passed down from our ancestors through generations. Produced from the Rabigato, Viosinho, and Gouveio grape varieties, it is an intense and fruity wine with balanced acidity and a fresh, mineral finish.
Grape Varieties: 40% Viosinho, 20% Rabigato and 40% Gouveio.
Tasting Note: Greenish citrine color. Fruity and fresh aroma reminiscent of citrus. Fresh mouthfeel with a vibrant and long finish.
Winemaking: The grapes were softly crushed after de-stemming, and some contact with the skins followed in order to extract desirable aroma compounds. Fermentation got under way at a controlledtemperature of 16-17ºC.
Gastronomy: Fatty fish dishes, spicy food and white meat dishes.
Winemaker: Jean Hugues Gros
