Grape Varieties: 70% Antão Vaz and 30% Roupeiro.
Tasting Note: With a clear aspect and well-defined citrus color. Good aromatic intensity, with an intense nose and full of fresh fruit, with hints of lime. In the mouth it has a good entrance, with a soft and fresh flavor from its well integrated acidity, harmoniously long.
Gastronomy: It goes very well with the type of grilled fish and seafood. Recommended consumption temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
Winemaking: Mechanized harvest at night, total destemming followed by cold shock in a mass exchanger. Soft pressing preceded by cold static decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, with consequent aging in fine lees and batonnage for 6 months.
