Monte do Zambujeiro Branco 2023

Origin/Region: Borba, Regional Wine, Alentejo, Portugal

Grapes: Arinto, Roupeiro, Antão Vaz.

Tasting Notes: A fresh and pleasant summer wine, with notes of tropical fruits, flowers and aromatic herbs. Refreshing, with a crisp but pleasant acidity, with a smooth texture and a very persistent fruit in the aftertaste.

Vinification: Manual and selected harvest, short maceration with the skins before pressing, cold fermentation in a stainless steel tank.

Pairing: Serve between 6-8°C. It goes well with seafood, starters, appetizers or on its own. Store below 15°C. Consume between 2024 and 2027.
