Grape Varieties: Arinto 50%, Bical 50%.
Vineyards: The vineyards are located at the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the Caramulo and Buçaco mountains at an elevation of about 50 meters above the sea level. The older vineyards were planted in 1972, followed by new plantations in 1999.
Vinification: Total destemming, light cold skin mace- ration, static decanting and alcoholic fermentation at 16º.
Tasting Notes: Colour: Citrine defined. Aroma: Fruity, with citrus fruits and white fruits predominating. Mouth: Fresh, fruity with good volume and persistence at the end.
Pairing: Oven roasts and fatty fish.
Winemaker: Hugo Louro and Carla Rodrigues.
